Welcome to H360. By downloading or using the H360 app (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

Not medical advice. H360 is a wellness and tracking tool, not a medical device or a substitute for professional advice. Calorie, macro and nutrition figures — including AI estimates from photos — are approximate and may be inaccurate. Always consult a qualified healthcare or nutrition professional before making decisions about your diet, exercise, or health, especially if you have a medical condition or are pregnant.

Your account

You sign in with your email and a one-time verification code. You're responsible for keeping access to your email secure and for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

Acceptable use

Use the App only for your own personal, lawful use.
Don't misuse, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems.
Don't upload content you don't have the right to, or that is unlawful or harmful.

AI features

The App uses AI to estimate foods and nutrition from photos and to power the in-app assistant (“Sophia”). Outputs are generated automatically, may be incomplete or wrong, and are provided for general informational purposes only. Use your judgment and verify important information.

Health data

If you connect Apple Health (HealthKit) or Google Health Connect, you control what the App can read or write through your device permissions, and you can revoke access at any time. Our handling of health data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The App, including its design, content and trademarks, is owned by H360 and protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App. Content you create remains yours; you grant us the permissions needed to operate the service (e.g., to process your meal photos to return results).

Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that estimates will be accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, H360 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on information provided by the App.

Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time (see account deletion). We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above; continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which H360 is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
