How do I sign in?
H360 uses passwordless sign-in. Enter your email and we'll send a 6-digit verification code — enter it to sign in. No passwords to remember.
How does food scanning work?
Open the camera in the app and frame your meal. H360's AI identifies the food and estimates calories and macros. You can also scan a barcode or nutrition label, or search the food library. Estimates are approximate — you can always adjust them.
How do I connect Apple Health or Google Health Connect?
In the app, open Profile → Health and grant the permissions you're comfortable with. You can change or revoke access any time from your device's Health settings.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can request deletion from within the app, or email support@h360.ai. See the account deletion page for details on what's removed and timing.
Is my data private?
Yes. We don't sell your data or use it for cross-app tracking, and Apple Health data is never used for advertising. Read the full Privacy Policy.
