Delete your account
You're in control of your data.
You can permanently delete your H360 account and associated data at any time.
From the app
- Open H360 and go to Profile.
- Tap Account settings → Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and data are scheduled for permanent deletion.
By email
Prefer email? Send a request from your account's email address to support@h360.ai with the subject “Delete my account”. We'll verify the request and process it.
What gets deleted
- Your account and email.
- Your logged meals, foods, calories and macros.
- Weight and body metrics, activity, workouts and water entries.
- Meal and progress photos you uploaded.
- Your goals and app preferences.
Data synced to Apple Health or Google Health Connect stays in those services — manage it from your device's Health settings.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. We complete deletion within a reasonable period
(typically within 30 days), except where we're required to retain certain records to comply
with law.
