H360 is a product of SAS Stack, Inc. (“SAS Stack”, “we”, “us”, “our”), the company that provides the H360 calorie and activity tracking app. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect
- Account: your email address (used to sign you in with a one-time verification code — we do not use passwords).
- Health & fitness data you enter or import: meals and foods, calories and macros, weight and body metrics, exercise/activity, and water intake.
- Photos: meal and progress photos you choose to capture or upload for nutrition analysis.
- Apple Health (HealthKit): if you connect Apple Health, we read and/or write the health and activity data you authorize, to personalize tracking and insights.
- Usage & device data: basic app usage and diagnostics to operate and improve the service.
How we use your information
- Provide core features: log and analyze meals, track calories/macros, activity, water, and progress toward your goals.
- Analyze meal photos using AI to estimate foods and nutrition.
- Authenticate you (send and verify email login codes).
- Maintain, secure, and improve the app.
Service providers
We use trusted processors to run H360, who handle data only on our behalf:
- Amazon Web Services — cloud hosting, database, and image storage.
- AI providers — to analyze meal photos and power the in-app assistant; images/text sent for analysis are processed to return results.
- Email delivery — to send your login verification codes.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for cross-app tracking.
Data retention & deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can request access to or deletion of your account and data at any time from within the app or by emailing support@h360.ai; we will delete it within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to comply with law. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Authentication tokens are stored in the device's secure keychain. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
Children
H360 is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
